Pure and Superfloor at Superbike Night

This weekend the Superbike races are held at the TT Circuit of Assen and though it’s not as big an event as the TT Races are, it is big enough to organise a Superbike Night in Assen. Two stages, two bands and -as long as the weather holds up- a good atmosphere.

First band of the evening was the Pure, where a colleague of mine plays guitar. Great band, lots of covers with a few surprising twists here and there. Good set that unfortunately ended somewhat abruptly with a full power-loss on stage.

On the other stage Superfloor was still fully at it. A fantastic mix of blues and soul with a good dose of southern rock. The band was all over the stage and the audience danced their hearts out. Great band that blew the cold away with a rocking show!
