Panorama photography in Assen
Yesterday was a great day, lots of sun and not too cold. The start of spring? It’s about time and it was a great day to go outside and take some photos. Panorama photos that is.
I decided to try my luck on some ‘from the hip’ panorama photography. That is, no tripod, just holding the camera and shoot a bunch of pictures from the left to the right and hope they’ll match up afterwards. To some degree I’m very pleased with the results, but there are a few quirks that I’m not sure about. I’ll try the photos again soon, but then with a tripod. Just to see the differences. But quirks aside, I’m very happy with the photos. Great to shoot some photos outside with the sun shining and some blue in the air.

I also had my 100mm macro-lens with me and shot a few Crocus flowers too. Not my usual images, but hey… it’s fun to try something else every once in a while. Only shot a few, but I might try a bit more with flowers, just to broaden the photographic horizon
